You’ll have 1 roommate (me) and 2 kitties here. That is the building cap on pets sorry! Your room () has a large walk-in closet () and an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom is central and has a tub if you ever need a bath. Central areas are decently furnished. Happy to incorporate anything you have, though! There’s a lot of storage space. The porch has tons of room for plants. Laundry is on the first floor of the building. The property manager is lovely. There’s a pool. I really think it’s a great place.

about me- y/o environmental science major at University of Denver with two kitties! I’m currently planning to stay in this apartment for at least 2 more years. I love cooking. I own just about every kitchen appliance you could want. I like to keep central areas clean, even if not perfectly tidy. Love watching tv and movies and would love someone to do that with. I wouldn’t mind a trivia buddy either. 🟢
looking for- someone around my age, ideally. Any gender, LGBTQ+ friendly. Another student would be awesome. We’re only a mile from campus! Willing to help clean the apartment and give my kitties dinner from time to time. Just someone nice:)
