About the Room & Apartment:

* Private, brand new never-used bedroom,
* Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living areas
* Must be okay with dogs and cats
* Clean, quiet, and respectful living environment

*** there is a bed and tv in there now. Would be open to this staying in the room or it can be moved out

Requirements:

Female roommate preferred but I am open to interview anyone.
Must have steady employment
No evictions
No drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping
No additional pets
