Hello everybody, I am a single adult male in my mid ’s who is looking to rent a room in the Ocean or Monmouth county NJ area, with my one cat, Watson. He’s a good boy and causes no trouble. My max budget is $
a month, and I am looking for a place where I can access the kitchen and laundry spaces. I am very quiet and clean, I work full time, and do not drink or party or go out late.
