Description

We live in an apartment complex, valet trash, plenty of parking. House rules are cleanliness in the shared space (kitchen, shared bathroom). Unspoken quiet hours are , the neighbors have children and we all have a good relationship with each other. The base rent is $ before utilities, so price may fluctuate per month based on utility usage, but shouldn’t be more than $ with the split after the utilities if my math is correct.

The rooms dimensions are feet. No internal light, so you will need to bring a lamp.

The roommates will be myself and my sister. I will have the master bedroom and bath, so you will share the bathroom with her. Cleanliness is key.

There aren’t a many ground rules. Please don’t do anything that would get the police involved, or bring guests that will cause issues, is all I ask. Besides that, it’s fair game. You may live how you like.

A bit about us, we are both gamers and music lovers, I love watching movies. My sister cosplays, so if you are into those things, you’ll have someone to talk to.
