I have 3 rooms for rent.

sqft rooms with a shared bath for each plus for utilities and internet.

sqft master bedroom for for utilities and internet.

The house is 3 years old, has brand new appliances from Samsung.

Includes washer and dryer.

2nd story has the bedrooms and bathrooms.
1st story is kitchen living room half bath and garage.

There is a garden out back that I try to keep in tact while I'm there.

Property has grape vines, cherry tree, nectarine tree, pear tree, banana tree, olive bush, blackberry bush and a greenhouse,(still being completed).

I will be adding a nice porch soon and some other fruit plants.

I am rarely home since I travel for work and am usually gone 9 months of the year.

Looking for someone who keeps clean and enjoys a good garden.
