Hi all, I have a room available from the 2nd of October to take over my flatmate’s tenancy. Rent is £ and deposit £. Bills could be between £ depending on warmer/colder months. It’s fully furnished, double room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and tiny desk. Main bathroom will be all to yourself, not pictured due to needing some work done, but it’s quite spacious and consists of a bath, sink and toilet, with lots of space for storage. Area is M, near Etihad Campus and Co-Op Live, with great transport links both tram and bus with less than minute walking distance and a big Asda. The flat has a balcony too, an open space kitchen and living room.
