Hey! I’m looking for a chill and respectful roommate to move into the master bedroom in my house. I own the home, so you’ll have the freedom to make the room your own.

I work early mornings and usually get back in the late afternoon. I’m often out at the beach, gym, or grabbing drinks with friends, so I’m not home a ton — but when I am, I’m down to relax with some TV or a good movie. Huge fenced in backyard.

The house is in a great location — just a -minute drive to downtown and minutes to the beach. Rent is $ total, all in.
