Hey! I'm Michael and I'm roommates living in a house in the Ashton Heights neighborhood of Arlington, VA. We’re currently looking for a 4th roommate to join us in a spacious house with great vibes and even better location.

A little about us — we're all in our mid-s, University of Maryland grads, and have lived at the house for a couple of years now. We all work full-time in the D.C. area and tend to hang out together on weekends. We're active, clean, and social — into sports, travel, trying new restaurants, and the occasional backyard hang.

The available space is a private basement suite with its own full bathroom, bonus room, and access to in-unit laundry. The main floor is fully furnished (including a huge TV and speakers), and we’ve got a fenced-in backyard, covered porch, and even a private tennis court. Rent is $/month plus shared utilities, and we're ideally looking for someone to move in around August 1 (but we're flexible).
