Lookout on Cragmor is the only privately owned complex that is basically located in campus. It’s a safe, pet friendly, quiet apartment building. In unit washer/dryers, furnished, great parking.

Looking for someone to take over beginning in August . There’s only one of these units left in this building.

Backstory: some might ask if this place is so great, why leave? My son is doing his summer internship in Chicago. On top of that, happy to report that after transferring in this past year, my son has found his friend group who have a space in their house.

Rent is $ per month and includes many utilities.
