It’s a pretty old trailer, looks run down, but it has electricity, electric stove, running water, refrigerator, bathroom with a small shower, fenced in by a wooden fence and gate. 2 beds and a shared bathroom. 1 of the beds are in the living room, the main bed room is in back with air conditioner, which you’ll get.

I live here alone. I’m laid-back and a fair person. I’m flexible and willing to work with you on anything. This is not a dream situation by any means, this is just a temporary solution for anyone looking for a cheap months rent by a month by month basis. This is just basically a place to eat and sleep and to work your way up to a better place than this. I will be the provider of food, I get it for cheap with food stamps and other ways, so I’ll get what you want or need from grocery stores, no problem.
