Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a studio apartment at Hue Apartments in Redmond, WA starting around mid-September (date is flexible). The lease runs through December , and comes with an option to renew with no rent increase if you choose to stay.

The apartment is located at th Ave NE Apt nd floor, and includes square feet plus a patio. Monthly rent is $ (utilities are separate). It comes with in-unit washer/dryer, parking, and is pet-friendly.

Amenities include a gym, rooftop, resident lounge, package room, on- management and maintenance, controlled access, BBQ area, a pet spa, and more.

5-minute walk to Redmond Transit Center, and within walking distance to Redmond Town Center, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.
