Couple Seeking Utrecht Home

Hello! We’re Natasha () and Brendan (), a responsible couple relocating from Ireland to Utrecht. I’ll begin a Master’s in Public International Law at Utrecht University this September, and my partner works full-time.

We’ve been living independently in Ireland for several years and have excellent references from previous landlords. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and take pride in being tidy, respectful, and quiet tenants.

We are currently looking for a furnished or semi-furnished apartment or small house in Utrecht (or nearby) for a one-year lease starting in late August or early September. Ideally, it would be within cycling or public transport distance from Utrecht University.

We can provide all necessary documentation to support our application:
• Proof of university enrollment
• Proof of employment & income
• Valid ID/passport
• Landlord references

As we’re still based in Ireland, we’re fully available for video calls or virtual viewings at your convenience and can move forward quickly with all required paperwork and payment if the property is a good fit.

We’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable home while I focus on my studies and my partner continues working. We value privacy, clear communication, and a well-maintained living space.
