Rental house near Coral Gables

Hello, my name is Mason, I’m a Coast Guard Veteran and recent college grad from Texas who’s now living in Miami. I’m renting a nice house close to downtown on the west side near Coral Gables/ Little Havana and am looking for a roommate. The house has an attached yard that we will share with the landlord who lives in a completely sectioned off smaller portion of the house with a private entry. We will also share a washer and dryer with her. She’s young and is very chill. I’m looking for a male roommate aged who keeps things clean and organized. I’ve had roommates in the past who I’ve gotten along with fine, and also some who left dishes out and never swept. If you’re the latter please don’t reach out haha. In my spare time I train MMA and workout. I’d like to have a roommate who has similar interests. That would be a plus. I’m also looking for someone who doesn’t have any pets.
