Description

I’m looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease at The Commons before August th. The place is fully furnished and looks nice, it’s also really close to campus, I’ve just made other plans. You’d be for your bed, but I also have two friends in the same unit that are looking for reassignment, so if you have friends that are willing that’s kind of ideal. As the title says, I’ll pay a month of your rent. The listed price includes utilities, it is the full first month’s rent.
