Hi, my name is Brent. I am looking for a great roommate to add to our mix. The room is in Winchester and can be furnished with a Queen bed and mattress, dresser, night stand, and a tv if you need one. The monthly rent is $
which includes the room, a shared bathroom, street parking, utilities and access to the kitchen and laundry room. We are at the top of a culdesac and have plenty of parking. It’s a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Honestly, we lucked out.

Ideally looking for another LGBTQA roommate but all are welcome.

Perfect for commuters, Target/Amazon/etc warehouse, students, and local hospital employees.

Single occupancy due to the shared bathroom with another roommate, no animals due to allergies.
