I don’t have income history so I need an informal agreement. I pay on time every month and can put up first and last months rent. I’m clean and quiet. Looking to start a new life with me and my cat. I like hiking and all things mountains. I play guitar but keep the volume respectful. I’m an early riser and take lots of naps. I don’t smoke and rarely drink.
