Hi, my name is David. We are looking for a roommate Male or Female. We are in Portland / Beaverton. Near Cedar Hills on Cornell Rd The rooms are available in Nov. Looking to start with a one year lease. You would be joining myself single male, I have master bedroom and another single retired male lives downstairs. What you would be getting is a shared home, you would have two rooms and a private bathroom down the hall from your bedrooms and a small office space. The kitchen is a shared space on main floor with living room and bath. We try to keep shared space cleaned by all.
We are looking for another professional person to join us with the possibility of staying longer than just the one year. I work full time, I tend to relax on my two days off. Other roommate is retired and likes to listen to music and watch movies in his section of the house. We often can go a day or two without seeing each other, but when we do we can have a peaceful convo. As of now we do not have guest over very often and we both enjoy it that way. Not a party house. The house is furnished so nothing is needed besides what you decide to put in your rooms. A couple could be acceptable but we would want to reconsider the monthly rent due to the added person. Off street parking is available One car only would be desirable, but we can talk about it. Garage space available for some storage. We have quiet hours rule No cooking meals at 3am. 😂 There is a lot of good things about this place it’s a quiet family neighborhood and we’d like to keep it that way. We are respectable of others
and our neighbors. We split all utilities equally, and can share the cost of streaming services. Feel free to reach out and we can chat about it more.
