Room for rent in Boynton beach

If current tenant doesn’t resign in September I’ll be renting out furnished room everything included! Located right off hypoluxo and gateway in Boynton beach in a gated community. Salt water pool in the community and I have a basement that has a full gym and a patio that’s just been renovated that you can lay out and enjoy the sun or morning coffee. I do have cats can’t accept any more cats but would consider another dog depending how well they get along with others. All female house so looking for another female. We are home bodies and don’t really party so we are looking for someone who has the same kind of interest!
