Description

One room is available starting in a two story home w/ bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The home has an open floor plan,an upstairs hallway office space and some garage storage. You will be sharing the upstairs hall bathroom with one other roommate. The room is small but comfortably fits a queen bed. We have biweekly house cleaners, monthly pest control, security service that drives around the HOA and is available to call. There is a park at the end of the street and trail/bike path to natural green spaces and the river. $ rental deposit required. The room is unfurnished but could be furnished. No pets
