I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Cambridge Creek next academic year (August ). I no longer need this apartment, but obtained it during a discounted time. Therefore the relet price is cheeper than the price stated on the Cambridge Creek . Could be male or female. Roommate matching can also be organized by the property owner. The apartment is unfurnished (but could be furnished) BA so the student would have a private bedroom and bath. It has in-unit washer and dryer and full kitchen. The apartment is 2 miles from Clemson, has a fitness center, pool, and allows pets.
