Due to a family emergency, I will no longer be returning to SLU this year and am looking for someone to relet my lease at The Marshall. Move-in day is coming up soon on August , so I’m hoping to find someone as soon as possible.

The apartment is located right at The Foundry in Midtown, directly across the street from SLU and just minutes from Harris-Stowe University. It’s in a great, walkable area with lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby.

This is a brand new 4 bedroom unit with modern finishes. You’ll have your own fully furnished private bedroom, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The shared living space is fully furnished, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. The Marshall also has great amenities including hot tubs, a gym, study lounges, and more.

A girl is preferred, as all the current roommates are girls. Everyone is so sweet, friendly, and easy to get along with. It’s a great opportunity to expand your circle and move in already knowing you’ll have great roommates.

Rent is $ per month plus a $ amenities fee, with electricity billed separately. The lease runs for one year.
