I want to rent a room!

Hello, my current lease ends at the end of September so I’m exploring the option of renting a room vs. Getting my own place. I’d say I’m rather tidy and tend to lay low. Still an athlete at heart, love to play sports and do outdoor activities. When I’m home, I’m watching tv or playing video games mostly. Most weekends, I’m down in long beach to see family n friends, and I play baseball on Sundays. Oh, and I love to cook
