Hi! I'm Susannah, a -year-old creative writer living in Denver. I'm looking for a roommate starting September . I can be flexible with this move-in, just want to find a great fit! The house is on historic Monaco Parkway close to Cap Hill, Park Hill, tons of parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. There's a huge, fenced-in backyard with a deck. There's off-street parking and all the common areas are fully furnished. Rent is $ everything included.

Sadly I cannot accept anyone with a pet bc I have an indoor/outdoor cat, Monkey, who doesn't do great with other animals (but who is lovely to humans).

I'm looking for someone who also appreciates a low-key, cozy, and clean home environment-- a place to recharge. I work from home most days and work evening shifts/week at a nearby restaurant. Best fit is someone who is kind, on the liberal side, and has a reliable :) Good sense of humor is a bonus. If this is you, I'd love to meet you!
