Hello! I am subleasing a bedroom in a bath apartment! Boone High Country Rentals property. Rent is hundred a month!
Leasing duration : move in anytime after aug. the twenty fifth, moveout is July twenty fifth.
All utilities included except water and electricity, where there is a $ cap each tenant are given a month, whatever goes over the $ you are given, you just pay the rest.
I believe parking is included! I place a picture of the bedroom below
women only please! these ladies that live here are very sweet and the living room is furnished !
