Needing housemates for school year

Description

I am a male MPA student seeking housemates for the upcoming school year in a and a half bathroom townhouse on the southwest side of town. (Unfortunately quite a hike from campus, but in a quiet neighborhood with decent access to BTransit buses [which students can use for free], and the potential for carpooling.)

Rent listed does not include utilities, which average around ninety/month/person. There will be one dog in the house (she's a golden retriever and she loves people) and the townhouse is completely furnished by me. The only things you would need to bring are the furniture for your room. There is also a decent amount of storage space in the basement/garage if you need to store some stuff.
