Currently looking for a clean & quiet tenant to share our 3rd room within our 3 bedroom apartment. The building is a 3 family household with our apartment located on the 2nd floor. It is located walking distance to both L & M trains at Halsey St & Myrtle Ave.

The vacant room has an exposed brick wall, window looking out to the back yard/patio area, & a double door closet. The room also features central air that can be controlled by tenant. Common living space has the following features; central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer. & hardwood floors.

New tenant must be weed friendly as both myself and my current roommate are avid smokers. New tenant must go through an in person screening process with both myself & current roommate. After, a credit check will be done by our building landlord to ensure financial adequacy. Rent is $ monthly as well as the commitment of all other utilities. (IE; electric & internet.) Security deposit of first months rent is also required before move in.
