Clean & well maintained apartment complex with a pool, gym, basketball court, playground, and a secure mail room, as well as a new washer & dryer in the unit. Our unit is right across from the pool & other amenities, and we also have a gated patio/storage area.

Current tenants are two year old women, both attending Chico State for anthropology. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and communicative, women/nonbinary people only please!!! LGBTQ+ friendly🏳️‍🌈, not partiers, no animals as we already have 2 ESA cats and a bearded dragon. The kitties are super sweet, loving, and adorable too!

The complex is near Winco, Target, the mall, lots of restaurants, and many other shops. It is also only 1 mile away from the Butte College Chico campus, making it just a few minutes to drive there, as well as being near multiple bus stops.
