Roomie Wanted!!

Hi!! I’m Sav, I am a year old mortgage professional by day and bartender by night. I have a pretty specific schedule during the week. I tend to work from my home office often but I am still hybrid-remote and work night shifts as well so I am not always home. My current roommates have both been living here for the last 2 years and plan to stay. Skyler, , does not work and is on disability so they tend to be home the most out of everyone. They are a very kind person and work best with clear and direct communication. Gabby, , is a line cook at Ruth’s Chris and goes to culinary school full time. She seems shy and quiet but she has a pretty big personality when you get to know her. I have month to month leases because I am very strict with on time and cleanliness, if you cannot keep up with both of those things then I do not encourage you to apply. There is a shared bathroom between Skyler and the two new potential roommates, which must be kept clean at all times. Gabby and I share the other bathroom. There is netflix, hulu, amazon, disney for the living room. High speed wifi is shared and included in utility costs. There is huge backyard space with gardening potential. Upon new roommates moving in, I will be for both a weekly gardener and a house keeper for deep cleaning. All roommates are still expected to partake in household chores. My animals are very affectionate and sweet. I have 4 cats that roam around and like to be cuddled by any so you MUST love animals. Gabby and I also share 2 sweet chihuahuas, they remain in my room or at grandma's house when one of us is not home!
