Looking for someone interested in taking over my 1 year lease/subletting my new york city apartment!

I've locked in a really good deal for $ per month for a really nice B on the th floor in the Financial District. I'm looking for someone to take it over from Sep - Sep (lease ends then but you can extend it). It's great for 1 person or a couple. It has a really spacious kitchen, a work station with 2 standing desks, a queen sized bed, a living and dining area, access to a balcony which lets in a lot of sunlight (has some construction but hey, fresh air is fresh air!) and is a 2 minute walk from Fulton street subway stop, a really convenient location to get almost anywhere in the city.

Ideally you'd keep all of the furniture (we can figure out a deal that works for both of us) and take over the entire duration of the lease! Please DM me if you're interested.
