Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease starting Oct ! It is a 2-bedroom apartment in Bushwick right off the Wilson L-train stop (less than minutes to Union Square). We are the first tenants of this newly renovated building and have been here for nearly 2 years, and have loved every moment.

Includes in-unit laundry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, central heat and A/C, even heated bathroom floors! Also has roof access. Utilities costs vary based on monthly electric usage, wifi is $/month.

I am a woman in my mid-’s who is a full-time working graduate student. I am usually out with friends or exploring Brooklyn, and strongly prioritize my space being clean and cozy. Looking for someone to match the vibe! Furry friends also welcome 🙂
