Looking for Roommate

I ( M) am looking for someone to take over the remaining months of the lease of my current roommate. She recently got laid off and will be moving back with family soon. The apartment is located in Westend Alexandria ( and Duke st) and the timeline of moving in realistically can be September or October. The apartment is a Bath and my fiancé ( M) and I share one room. You would get your own room and your own separate bathroom. Your portion of the rent would be about $ a month on average including utilities. There are many bus stops within a 2 min walk and they can take you to Van Dorn metro station. We prefer roommates with no pets, and non-smokers. About us: I am male and work in Finance in Arlington. Hobbies include video games, working out and cooking. My fiancé is male and is a 3L law student in DC and works as a paralegal in Ft Washington, MD. His hobbies include binge-watching shows, Taylor Swift and studying for law school.
