We’re looking for a 4th roommate to join our awesome bath house in Wash Park, Denver! Rent is $/
month + utilities(around max each) and the lease is for 1 year and deposit is . ready for immediate move in!

Here’s what you’d be signing up for:
- Spacious house in the wash park/DU area
- 3 bathrooms (so no bathroom traffic jams/we each get our own bathroom)
- Option to choose available rooms (we use the other as a guest room)
- Huge backyard with a hot tub and outdoor TV — perfect for hangouts and movie nights (not pictured but will add pics later)
🐾 We have two Dogs as well! small
- We are Clean, respectful, and chill roommates.
- We’re looking for someone around our age who’s easygoing, responsible, and down to share a great space!
About us:
- Just 3 buddies who hang out together but also love our time to ourselves. We love music/ roomie is also a musician so we have a music/jam space in the basement!
