We have a furnished room in Atlanta near East Point available for a clean, mature, and respectful individual. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The room will be available on September th.

Application, background check, and refundable security deposit. Quiet neighborhood, ideal for a recent corporate transfer that needs somewhere to stay temporarily until you find your new home. Minimum stay is two months, maximum stay to be determined. Applicant must be employed outside the home if you cannot communicate effectively -- do not contact us.

Location is near shopping and dining and fifteen minutes to the airport. Three blocks to Marta bus and thirty minutes to downtown Atlanta. Move in amount is the monthly rent plus the deposit. We will not respond to individuals that do not have completed profiles with a photo.

No couples, No children, No pets, No smoking, No overnight guests, and No remote workers, No retirees. So sorry the home is not equipped for individuals with physical disabilities. Bedroom is on the second floor of our home.
