Room for Rent

Description

Available Sept. . You will be sharing the home with a husband, wife, young child, and one additional roommate. You will have a small, private room and share a bathroom with the other roommate. Current roommate is very sweet, clean, rises early for work, and is hardly ever home, so there should be no conflict over the bathroom. No smoking, vaping, drinking (except for the occasional social drink outside the home), or drugs. Single occupancy only and no pets, please.

Room is furnished. You will have access to laundry on weekends (and occasional evenings if needed), dedicated refrigerator space (we have two fridges), dedicated pantry space, and access to the kitchen at any time. You are also allowed to use the living room at any time, and can also use the living room TV as long as the show is family-friendly. You are allowed to use the pool whenever you want. Street parking. Common areas are kept pretty clean. Just clean up after yourself and share responsibility for cleaning the bathroom and there will be no issue.
