Private Room for rent October 1st

Hello! Looking for roommate to take over part of the lease in Mira Mesa area until March starting October 1st. After that time it will become month to month if you would like to stay.

Apartment is within walking distance of shopping(target, sprouts) and many restaurants. Rent is $ and you will have your own room and bathroom. There is central heat and A/C. We have dishwasher as well as a a washer and dryer within the apartment so no having to deal with public laundry. You also have your own parking space and we have plenty of street parking as well. Room comes with a twin bed if you're interested otherwise it can be unfurnished.

I also have one cat but she's very social and loves people.
