Hi so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Arcadia Student Living. It’s a bathroom sugarberry style suite. My roommate is and she’s super sweet! she does plan pay the pet fee to have her cat live there. As excited as I was to live with her, I have decided not to return to Charlotte this year but I already signed the lease for this place last semester. The lease starts August and goes through July of next summer, and the monthly rent is $.
