I have a bath private condo you have your own room bathroom and parking spot bedrooms on separate ends of the apartment and the apartment is private on the outside also
You have a small refrigerator and microwave in your room for late night snacks but you have full use of the kitchen and living room
The place is comfortable and private and I make it that way you can make all the mess you want as long as you clean it be comfortable here
Realize this is not an apartment rental this is my home and I'm inviting you in just like you would like to live with a good roommate
I'm open to anything I am a straight male
All rooms have sliding glass doors to the patio

Large pool and pool deck workout room exercise room etc
There's a front security gate and back
Nobody lives above me so it's quiet and you don't hear no footsteps
I'm looking for somebody with normal working hours and days I'm a little flexible
The most important thing is you have to be a good person
There's a background check
The place is convenient to the turnpike and a half a mile from each

Your own is pretty much furnished lucite furniture your bed is 2 years old it's been in plastic ever since
All you need is bed sheets I'll help you with anything I can

You have your private parking space but the bus is right outside the development stores are blocks away the train is also close
