Hey y’all! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Saga Columbia starting this August th and running through July. I recently accepted an RA position, so I need to transfer my lease ASAP.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom suite, but with private bedroom and bathroom in a fully furnished unit (bed, desk, dresser, couch, etc.) with in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $/month, and most utilities are included. It’s a solid setup with fast WiFi, good lighting, and modern appliances.

The complex has a resort-style pool, gym and yoga studio, clubhouse with study rooms and free printing, and it’s pet-friendly. There’s also on- parking if you need it (prices vary, but are usually around $)

Location is great— Whaley Street, just a 2-min drive or 5-min bike ride to USC’s campus and super close to downtown Columbia.
