Appleton area, move in date

Hi future landlord!

I’m Melissa, and I’m on the market for an apartment or house in the Appleton area with move in date between . I have 2 very mellow and elderly big dogs and a small gray and white cat. I’m a RN so I have plenty of money to pay you rent with and my current landlord can vouch for my timeliness in it. I’ve been told that I’m responsible and follow through with what I say I’ll do. My neighbors, coworkers, and patients like me, and I’ve heard that I’m a lot of fun at parties

Unfortunately, I do have a prior eviction from 4 years ago on my record. I was doing travel nursing in New Mexico and my contract ended unexpectedly. I couldn’t afford to pay for accommodation in both places any longer and had to let one go. I chose the one that was in the state I was working. I’m embarrassed it happened and actively working to make sure I won’t be in that position financially again. Not being able to afford my bills was a very humbling experience, and I’ve learned and grown from it.

I can honestly say that I’m not picky in terms of what sort of property I live in. As long as I have my pets, I’ll be happy. I do strongly prefer a lower apartment or single level house/duplex, simply because my English bulldog is almost and stairs are hard when you’re elderly and built like a cinderblock- or a year old nurse who works hour night shifts, for that matter. Off street parking is a plus, but I can get a permit if needed, and I’ll never cry about utilities being included in the rent.
