Private, very clean, unfurnished room located in a high end townhouse near the beltway, minutes from downtown Summerlin. Blackout shade on the window.

Very clean bathroom, shared between 2 people. In the house there are 3 professional, clean and quiet people, including me (I am the owner of the property and have been renting out my rooms for 9 years now). There are no common areas besides the kitchen, pantry, and laundry room, all of us mostly stay in our rooms. You'll have your own keycode for the front door and your room, your own kitchen cabinet space, your own shelves in the fridge, and your own shelf in the pantry.

All utilities included: Fast WiFi, power, water, gas, monthly professional housekeeping. Street parking is available very close to the building.

Nice kitchen and laundry room, must clean up after yourself in kitchen.

Neighborhood has a large nice pool, jacuzzi, covered BBQ area, playground, and a huge beautiful park!

Located one block from Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino, City National Arena, and Las Vegas Ballpark, ten minutes from Red Rock National Park, Summerlin Hospital, and Southern Hills Hospital, under twenty minutes from the airport.

This room is ideal for someone who is clean, quiet, and employed full time (preferably works during the day), but looking to save some income compared to having their own place, looking to stay for at least 1 year, and is comfortable occasionally seeing roommates in the kitchen for example.

No pets, drugs, smoking, or loud noise.

Rent is flat per month, all-inclusive. First and last required up front, last month's rent is non-refundable.
