Looking for private room to rent.

Description

I am in search of a private room for rent with immediate availability. I have stable income and can pass background/credit/renters history checks. I have a year old daughter. She attends preschool from pm, and I work remotely as well as work for IHSS assisting people with disabilities. I am looking to spend or less per month. I don't mind pulling my weight around the house via cleaning, cooking, etc.
