I'm looking for someone to take over my lease or sublet my room.
Location: Lawrence St, Ann Arbor ( miles from the diag)
The room: Bedroom #1 in floor plan - Zillow: (cant link it on here)
Roommates: 3 male roommates
Rent: $/month (negotiable for sublet) + ~$/mo for wifi, electricity, and water
The lease contract is unfurnished (other than a wardrobe, bed, and desk upon request from the rental company)
Laundry is located in a separate building behind the house.
