Lease takeover

Hi! I recently rented a house and am due to move out on . I’m looking for someone to take over my lease, which will end/be up for renewal on July . The apartment is on the ground floor, backed up to beautiful green trees. Very private and cozy. This cute apartment also has a walk in closet, in unit laundry and a wood burning fireplace. Amenities include, pool access, and a gym/recreation area.
