The new tenant has a private bathroom, private office space, and a big private bedroom with closet space. It's a chill space. No parties, but a space to energize in body, mind, and spirit. New tenant to furnish their space (bedroom, bathroom, and office space). The rest of the home is clean and already furnished in a Native American /Indigenous theme. New tenant will have access to “shared spaces” like kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, big backyard, garage, parking, etc. The property is huge and about minutes from CSUN and Burbank, plus offers a beautiful nature filled environment that is quiet, serene, and in nature. The utilities are split between two tenants. If selected a credit check is vital, verification of income, references, plus deposit and first month’s rent .
The home has Ring cameras that surround the property for safety and the home is very spacious, clean, and near markets, hiking trails, wildlife, gym, pool, etc. *This is a more private home near E freeway mountains and for a tenant that values nature, quiet time, serenity, peace, and a clean-living space. No cats, I am allergic.
I am looking for a good human in any field that is respectful, non-smoker, chill, clean, and has good communication skills. I have an ESA dog that goes with me when I teach that is trained. Serious inquiries only.
