Hello classmates! 🏝️ I am relocating to Florida to finish school and need someone (a girl since the other tenant here is a girl) to take over my lease at Campus Quarters ASAP! This unit is fully furnished with beds, desks, and dressers and includes a washer and dryer. 🛏️ The lease is in a bathroom apartment (each person has a lease for their room so it’s a shared space). Each room has their own bathroom, you would share a common space (living room, kitchen, laundry room, balcony).
You would move in immediately after taking over the lease. This lease is 1 year long ending July .
Rent is $ per month per lease.
