Searching for a studio,apartment

Hello,
I am a second year student at TU Delft.
I am studying Robotics. I am searching for an apartment like the one you offer because my contract had expired.
In this way I don’t have a house for next year.
I am a student that will conduct an internship from September. Also, I have full support from my parents and I can handle the rent easily.
I am also quiet and I leave alone with no pets. I also don’t smoke.
