Hi there! I am listing a room up to sublease from August th-December th (but flexible). The rent would be $ a month plus utilities which should be no more than $ a month. Me and my roommates have this lovely townhome located in Millcreek, right by the restaurant Eggs in the City. It is the cutest place, with a 2 car garage, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, located minutes from Salt Lake City. It would be a shared bathroom with one other girl. The other three subleasees just graduated college and are the sweetest girls. I am looking for someone who is ideally around our age () and wanting to find a fun group of girls to live with! We all were in a sorority together and we love hosting fun girls nights and enjoying new activities together! We are non lds and also will be having a cute dog who is an Aussie/boarder collie mix. He is an angel 😇 It is a duplex and there are more girls of a similar age on the other side. The security deposit is $ of it refunded. If you are someone who is looking to meet people, go out and do things, be surrounded by a group of active and supportive girls, then this is the place for you 😊Also, I’m only subleasing to females as that is what they are comfortable with. I am willing to furnish the room if need be, if that is the case, I would charge $ extra a month. The house will be furnished so you won’t need to worry about that either!
