My roommate and I are looking for 2 people to sublease our bath penthouse unit at Sawyer on Lincoln from January st .

Rent is $ per person/month (utilities around $). It’s fully furnished, has in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and really nice views since it’s a penthouse unit.
