Home is located 6 mins away from downtown Saint Pete, 7
mins from the Dali museum. Ten mins from the beach, 4 mins from USFSP. Home is perfect for bartenders and students or anyone wanting to experience Saint Pete’s night life ! YOU DONT NEED A CAR TO LIVE HERE that’s how close we are to downtown Saint Pete. Bicycle is recommended
The house has a cat/dog. But the dog isn’t allowed inside anymore and the home is cleaned frequently by bi weekly/ cleaning services
to keep a serene atmosphere!

Home is furnished with brand new furniture and Kitchen appliances with in home washer and dryer! These rooms are taken quickly so first come first serve!


The room
is unfurnished and preferably for a long term roomate ! long term.
