📍 L’appartement est situé dans un secteur tranquille de Côte-des-Neiges, tout près de l’UdeM, de Polytechnique et d’HEC.
🚇 Les stations de métro Côte-des-Neiges et Côte-Sainte-Catherine sont accessibles en moins de minutes à pied.
☕ Le quartier est vivant et dynamique, avec de nombreux cafés, restos et commerces à proximité.
🚲 Une borne Bixi est juste à côté de l’immeuble, et plusieurs pistes cyclables passent dans le coin.

🏠 L’appartement est à partager avec deux autres colocs, tous deux bilingues anglais/français.

Je fais un DEP en mécanique automobile et mon coloc Luc poursuit ses études en génie à Polytechnique.
On cherche quelqu’un de sociable, qui aimerait des soirées films ou juste chiller entre colocs.

🚇 It’s less than a -minute walk to Côte-des-Neiges and Côte-Ste-Catherine metro stations.
☕ The neighborhood is lively, with lots of cafés, restaurants, and local shops.
🚲 There’s a Bixi station right next to the building and several bike paths nearby.

🏠 The apartment is shared with two roommates — both bilingual (English/French).

I’m doing a DEP in Auto Mechanics, and my roommate Luc is studying engineering at Polytechnique.
We’re looking for someone friendly who enjoys movie nights or just hanging out with roommates.
